1. How do I purchase an Emergency Rescue Tool from you?
Answer: You can purchase online {click here} this would be the preferred method. But, if you have a unique circumstance contact me by phone or email and we can work something out!
2. Who do you use to ship your tools?
Answer: After researching the cost, we decided to use the United States Postal Service. We found the USPS to have the lowest cost.
3. Are your tools only sold to emergency services personnel?
Answer: No we will sell our tools to anybody who will benefit using them.
4. If I purchase a tool as a gift, can you send it directly to them?
Answer: As long as you provide a correct address we will see that it gets to them.
5. Can I carry a Tug Rescue Tool in my personal vehicle?
Yes, the Tug Rescue Tool is a rescue tool. I have spoken with many law enforcement personnel, in multiple states, and to the person they have all stated the same thing. . . . It is marked as a Rescue tool and it is legal to have in your personal vehicle.
6. I have small hands; can you customize a Tug Rescue Tool to fit my hand?
Answer: Yes, there will be an additional charge due to the customization of your tool. I will work with you on making it as cost effective as I can.
7. Will you ship your tools internationally?
Answer: Yes, I promise to find the cost effective method to get your purchase to you in a timely fashion.
8. Will the Tug Rescue Tool Rust?
Answer: We chose to make the Tug Rescue Tool from 304 stainless steel, for it’s rust resistant qualities. Prior to shipping we coat the tools with WD40, it adds an extra layer of protection against rusting.
9. What is the hole in the lower part of the Tug Rescue Tool use for?
Answer: It is a natural gas shut off, for 2 different sized quarter turn valves. It can also be used to deflate tire by placing the hole opening over the valve stem and twisting.
10. Where do you carry your Tug Rescue Tool while you are working?
Answer: I carry my Tug Rescue Tool in my Turnout coat pocket. I also carry one in my driver’s side door while I am off duty.
11. What if I have a problem/issue with I tool I purchased from you?
Answer: Contact me either by phone or email and I will deal with you personally. I will do whatever it takes to give you 100 percent satisfaction with the outcome.
