The Tug Rescue Tool Co. LLC does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the user's actions once the tool has been purchased.  The user shall determine the suitability of the product(s) for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability forthwith.

You agree that you will use the purchased merchandise in a safe and lawful manner, consistent with all applicable laws, statutes, recognized safety practices, rules and regulations. In addition, emergency services personnel should adhere to your department's standard operating guidelines (SOGS) and/or standard operating procedures (SOPS) in regards to work on extrication events and/or the emergency scene.

When working around/near an energized electrical source, wiring, or on the emergency scene, never use the Tug Rescue Tool in close proximity to an energized electrical source of any kind.

~ SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH MAY OCCUR ~

Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when using the Tug Rescue Tool ~ full turnouts, (protective coat and pants), gloves, eye protection and helmet.

Do not use The Tug Rescue Tool in any way that contradicts recognized safety practices or your department's standard operating guidelines (SOGS) or standard operating procedures (SOPS).
